Studio's rules

The time of your booking starts and ends exactly how it's written in the reservation email (you can take up to 15 min for free for the cleanup :} )
If you don't show up without any notification or the notification is made with 12 hours or less remaining untill the reservation time, payment for this reservation is non-refundable.
Reservation is only valid when the payment is made in full via bank transfer not later than 12 hours untill the reservation. If there is no payment with less than 12 hours remaining untill the reservation, it is cancelled automatically.
You can reschedule 1 time for free only. If you need to change the day and/or time of your booking more than once it is canceled automatically with no refunds and a new reservation needs to be made. All changes must be made not later than 12 hours untill the current reservation time.
If you're late to be on time, your reservation time will not be extended for free.
Smoking (of any kind) and alcohol is forbidden.
Smoke machines are forbidden. Smoke goes out to the corridor, disturbs neighbours and other clients, triggers the fire alarm.
We would appreciate if you kept your music not too loud. There are offices nearby.
You must immediately notify me if something brakes, doesn't work or anything bad/suspicious/unexpected happens in the studio. My contact number is +37063030061
Notify me as well if you're planning to use any kind of smoke, fire or strong smell in the studio (including but not limited to incense, candles, e-cigarettes, lttle fireworks on cakes etc). Open the windows and ventilate the place after using such items.
Usage of such items WITHOUT a permission results in a 50 Eur fine.
Please do not take pictures outside of the studio. For that, you need a permittion from the administration of the building. There is a video surveillance in the corridors.
After your photo shoot, you must leave the studio as you found it (please clean after yourself), lock the doors and leave the key as it was instructed by the team member.
Please do not damage the wires. Leave them as you found or just simply on the ground.
Make sure you turned everything off as you leave. Do not leave anything in the power sockets. Close the windows if they're open.
When pulling the plugs from the sockets, hold them with your hand, otherwise you can tear them out of the wall.
Don't forget to leave the flash triggers and transmitters on the cabinet.
Do not damage the inventory, decorations or anything in the studio.
Items located in the studio cannot be taken or moved outside the studio, for example, the large studio's lights cannot be taken into the small studio and vice versa. This requires permission from the studio administration. Borrowing at least one item from another studio without permission results in a fine of 20 Euros.
Do not exceed the possibilities of the items. Even the best quality lamp will fall if you raise it too high. Use things responsibly and carefully. If the lamp stand bends and loses balance when lifting, stop lifting, lower to a safe height, widen the legs of the stand and put a sandbag (weight), if there is any. Do not touch the lamp bulbs with your fingers.
Administration keeps the right of asking you to leave at any moment if you do not comply with these rules.
Not complying with any of the rules might additionally result in a fine of 20 euros.
Please do not step on any of the backdrops with the shoes, do not tear them, soil them or do any other damage.

Failure to comply with the rules and/or severely soiling or otherwise damaging at least one of the studio's backdrops and/or other inventory will result in a fine of 20 to 300 euros.
