“Gotika” rules

• Rental terms begin and end precisely as specified in the reservation email (a 15-minute grace period is allowed).
  
  
• The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment. If you do not arrive without prior notice or if you notify us of cancellation less than 12 hours before the reservation, the payment for the reservation will not be refunded.
  
  
• Payment must be made by bank transfer no later than 12 hours before the reservation time. If the full amount for the reservation is not received less than 12 hours before the reservation time, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
  
  
• If you're late to be on time, your reservation time will not be extended for free.
  
  
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed on the premises.
  
  
• Please do not play music too loudly (there are office spaces nearby).
  
  
• Please report any malfunctions or issues immediately (phone: 063030061).
  
  
• Do not photograph outside the studio (in the corridor, staircase, cinema hall). Permission from the Ozo Kinas administration is required for that. The corridors are monitored by cameras.
  
  
• After finishing the photoshoot, please call (863030061) so that we can inspect and lock the studio.
  
  
• Do not tie, weave, or twist cables (flashes, lamps, and extensions). Leave everything as you found it or simply place it on the floor.
  
  
• When leaving, do not leave lights and/or flashes on. Turn off everything from the sockets and close the windows if they are open.
  
  
• When pulling plugs from the sockets, support them with your hand, as otherwise, you may tear them out of the wall.
  
  
• Do not forget to leave the flash triggers on the shelf.
  
  
• Do not damage or break studio items and equipment.
  
  
• Do not exceed the capabilities of the equipment. Even the highest quality lamp will fall if you raise it too high. Use items responsibly and carefully. If the lamp stand bends and loses balance when raised, do not lift it anymore, reduce it to a safe height, widen the legs of the stand, and use a sandbag (weight) if available.

• Do not touch the flashbulbs with your fingers.
  
  
• The administration reserves the right to refuse entry or eject individuals who do not comply with the studio's rules without any refund.
  
  
• Failure to comply with studio rules may result in a fine of 20 EUR.
  
  
• Do not step on paper backgrounds with shoes, do not leave marks, do not smear, tear, or otherwise damage them.
  
  
  

Failure to comply with the rules and/or significant soiling or damage to at least one studio background and/or other inventory may result in a fine ranging from 20 to 300 euros.
